RETURN INFORMATION

Black Friday Sales - all sales are final sale - no exchanges, refunds or returns on sale items or during the promotion. Sale excludes character skirts and gift cards.

Most merchandise may be returned for full refund, less shipping and handling charges, within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise must be in original condition with all tags and packaging included, otherwise it may not qualify to be returned. 

The following items may not be returned:

• Tights/leggings & other intimate apparel
• Makeup
• Jewelry
• Sale merchandise

Returns with shipping or Customs COD will not be accepted. Shipping and handling is not refundable.

Alternatively, returns and/or exchanges may be done in store within 30 days of purchase.
